The City of Spokane Parks and Recreation Department's Junior Golf Program in conjunction with the City Golf Professionals is designed to create a positive teaching and playing atmosphere. Our goal is to promote the growth of the game and to enhance the enjoyment of the game. We accomplish this by teaching the fundamentals of the game, fair play, sportsmanship and personal responsibility.
